Issue:
Sometimes the ATG BCC project has been completed and its state goes to UnKnown (Empty). And in the same situation, no assets will be there and project also not appear in "Plan"
Solution:
PUBLISHING MESSAGE SOURCE can be used to change the state of the project to "Success" or "Fail"
Goto http://<SERVER>/dyn/admin/nucleus/atg/epub/messaging/PublishingMessageSource/
Step#1: Select the project
Step#2: Select the target (Ex: production)
Step#3: Change the state
